NAD+
Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide. Precursor supplementation (NR, NMN) improved mitochondrial function, muscle performance and lifespan in mice (Science, 2013); normalized Alzheimer's features and DNA damage responses in an AD mouse model (PNAS, 2017); improved glucose tolerance and insulin sensitivity in diet- and age-induced diabetic mice (Cell Metabolism, 2019). Human long-term data are still being built, which is one reason the registry exists.
Glutathione
The body's master antioxidant. Roles in detoxification, immune function, mitochondrial energy production. Clinical work includes IV glutathione reducing inflammatory markers in COPD (J Clin Pharmacol, 2014), oral supplementation improving liver enzymes in NAFLD (World J Gastroenterol, 2017) and improved lymphocyte and NK-cell activity in older adults (J Nutr, 2011). Skin-lightening claims are weaker and we do not lead with them.
MIC with carnitine
Methionine, inositol, choline plus L-carnitine, used for fat metabolism and liver support. Methionine and body composition (J Lipid Res, 2011); inositol and insulin sensitivity in PCOS (Am J Clin Nutr, 1999); choline and offspring metabolic risk (FASEB J, 2017). Carnitine: exercise capacity in heart failure (JACC, 2013), muscle carnitine and work output (J Physiol, 2011), fat oxidation (Am J Clin Nutr, 2002), cognition in older adults (Nutrients, 2020), sperm quality (Fertil Steril, 2004).
Ibutamoren (MK-677)
An oral ghrelin mimetic that raises GH and IGF-1. Increased lean mass in healthy older adults (Ann Intern Med, 2008); bone mineral density in postmenopausal women over 12 months; increased growth velocity in children with idiopathic short stature (JCEM, 2008). Watch insulin sensitivity, water retention and appetite. Supervised use only.
Metformin
Beyond type 2 diabetes: AMPK activation, reduced chronic inflammation, improved insulin sensitivity, lifespan and healthspan extension in mice (Nat Commun, 2013), reversal of age-related endothelial progenitor cell decline (J Clin Invest, 2011), and the TAME trial rationale (Aging Cell, 2015). Not approved for aging; prescribed for the metabolic picture in front of us.
Testosterone cypionate
For men with symptomatic low testosterone: muscle mass and strength, bone density, energy, mood and cognition, sexual health. Always with the full panel first, hematocrit and estradiol followed, and never to a forum number. See Testosterone is a signal.
Peptides
- BPC-157. Tissue repair across muscle, tendon, ligament and gut. Under active registry observation.
- TB-500 (thymosin beta-4). Cell migration and repair after strain and ligament injury.
- CJC-1295 / ipamorelin. Pulsatile growth hormone release; body composition and recovery.
- Tesamorelin. Visceral fat reduction (NEJM, 2010; JAMA, 2014).
- GHRP-2 / GHRP-6. Growth hormone secretagogues; appetite and recovery.
- Enclomiphene. Raises endogenous testosterone while preserving fertility, for the right candidate.
