mortensenmedical.com is a static site. It does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts. Donation pages hand off to Stripe, whose privacy policy governs payment data. Clinical records live inside the practice's electronic health record and are governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices, provided at intake. Registry data is de-identified at the site before it leaves.
Registry site applications are taken at joinirb.com, the registry's own site. What it collects (name, credential, license number, NPI, clinic, contact details and a typed signature with the consent version and time), why, where it is stored, who can see it and how long it is kept are set out at joinirb.com/privacy.
