For clinicians

A national observational registry.

PPRN-001-2025. Your clinic keeps practicing exactly as it does. The data it already generates becomes part of something defensible.

What it is

An observational data registry. Protocol PPRN-001-2025, overseen by the Institute of Regenerative and Cellular Medicine IRB, IRCM-2025-467. Participating clinics contribute routine visit data they already generate. Nothing the registry does changes how a clinic practices or prescribes.

The IRB approved the collection of data. The IRB approved nothing else. Not a peptide, not a dose, not a protocol, not a clinic, not a product. Treatment decisions stay with the treating clinician and the patient.

What your clinic contributes

BaselineRegistry ID, site code, visit date · age, sex, ethnicity · height, weight, BMI · reason for therapy · peptide(s), dose, route, frequency as you prescribed them · symptom scales 0–10 (energy, fatigue, joint and muscle pain, appetite, libido, mental clarity, sleep) · labs only if clinically ordered · date of signed data-collection consent
Follow-upRoutine visits at roughly 4–8 weeks, 16 weeks, 6 and 12 months, flexible. Weight and BMI, therapy changes, any adverse event since last visit, the same symptom scales for longitudinal comparison. Missed visits are not protocol deviations.

Two consents, two purposes

The IRB-approved data-collection consent is one shared digital form, used identically by every site. It covers registry participation only. Your clinic's treatment consent remains your own document and your own responsibility. They stay separate.

Data flow

Clinic point of care → capture platform with a 21 CFR Part 11 audit trail, HIPAA safeguards and de-identification → coded registry dataset for analysis and IRB reporting. Identifiers are removed upstream. Identifiable records stay at the enrolling site.

What it is not

Not a clinical trial. Not an IND or IDE. Not FDA approval, clearance, endorsement or a step toward one. Registry participation is not a selling point for any product and offers no protection on intellectual-property questions; those sit with the dispensing entity and its counsel.

How to join

Three steps, all of them here. Read the site participant consent. Complete the site application with your clinic, principal investigator, licensure and NPI. We assign a site number, activate your login, and you source through Peptide Pure with third-party COAs on every lot.

Sites contribute routine visit data they already generate. No extra labs, no assigned treatment, no registry-mandated visits.
